Manages organizational administration, documentation, and official communications. Maintains records of all activities, meetings, and decisions while coordinating between board members and field teams.
Assists the General Secretary in administrative functions and record-keeping. Coordinates organizational meetings, manages correspondence, and supports documentation of NSO's activities and programs.
Oversees financial management, budgeting, and fiscal accountability. Ensures transparent financial operations, prepares financial reports, and manages resources to maximize organizational impact and sustainability.
Manages public relations, media communications, and organizational visibility. Coordinates press releases, handles media inquiries, and ensures effective communication of NSO's mission and achievements to the public.
Manages legal compliance, documentation, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements while safeguarding organizational interests.
Contributes to strategic planning and policy development. Provides valuable insights for organizational growth and works collaboratively with the board to advance NSO's humanitarian objectives.
Participates in governance and decision-making processes. Supports organizational initiatives and brings expertise to strengthen NSO's programs and expand its reach in serving communities.
